Our delivery times within the Netherlands are 3-5 working days. Outside the Netherlands, delivery may take 3-10 working days. Please contact us if you are concerned about your delivery, we will be happy to help you!

Is your new product not quite to your taste? No problem! Returns are always allowed within 15 days of delivery. Simply return your product(s) in the packaging they came in and we will process the refund via your chosen payment method as soon as possible once the product arrives back to us. Refunds may take a few days depending on the payment method chosen.
